Jim Walker
Jim is an experienced Non-Executive Director who has enjoyed success starting, growing and exiting a number of businesses. Between 1996 and 2005 he established a successful oil and gas service support company with a client base which included international oil companies such as BP, Exxon, Total and Chevron. Supporting companies working at the forefront of energy exploration, the company deployed the latest technology to assure safety and efficiency. The company now forms part of the Petrofac Group.
Jim continues to have a number of interests in the oil and gas sector, as well as renewables, biotechnology, property and manufacturing. He is a non-executive director with a number of companies, and enjoys working closely with executive teams to help meet challenges head-on and ensure objectives are met.
Jim represents the interests of a group of investors in CyberSports. He became a Non-Executive Director in April 2008, and also fulfils the role of Investor Representative for all minority investors.
